why are you
IN BUSINESS?
not to get existential on you but…
A lot of companies can forget who keeps them alive:
HUMANS.
AKA Customers who want your stuff.
And employees who want to help you make and deliver that stuff.
and sometimes when you become a $1T company,
you can get stuck in the habit of pushing products
instead of showing what those products can do for people.
Which is why the CMO of this particular $1T company asked us to help create a way back toward customer (ahem: human) centricity.
So we started by being customer-centric ourselves…
by asking the people working with the company what they loved, loathed, feared and desired…
and asking training leaders & behavioral scientists how to best create the change the company wanted …
then distilling these insights …
creating a strategic narrative …
getting executive buy-in …
and crafting a companywide
behavioral-change program.
(Whew.)
they loved it so much they also asked us to create an immersive kickoff experience
And invited Jocelyn, Scribe’s founder and ECD, to lead a keynote talk (right after the company’s CEO and CMO took the stage)
Richard Parkinson, Head of Brand
“Jocelyn is an amazingly enthralling speaker.
She gets you to think differently in the world of corporate America and challenge conventional thinking—to enable us to find and have fun at work while being more productive.”
the program is being rolled out company-wide as we speak.
And we can’t wait to bring the power of human-centric STORYTELLING to a business near you ;)
