“Perhaps Jocelyn’s greatest gift is that she is
a lighthouse for others.

She’s able to see through the fog that prevents us from seeing what’s right in front of us. She’s able to direct us to where we should go (even if we don’t know 100% where that is yet!), and she helps us make it through the roughest of waters.

Everyone needs a lighthouse in their life and
I’m glad Jocelyn is mine.”

—Jeff Maerov, Chief Creative Officer

Aditi Ramchandani, Speaker, Consultant, Trainer

I've worked with Jocelyn in a variety of capacities: she's consulted on new business development, I've attended her creativity workshops, and we've collaborated on how best to bring new ideas to market. I've seen many sides of the die and all professional experiences remind me of three key scenes from Steven Spielberg's 1993 Jurassic Park. Strange and delightful reference, I know. Let's go on this journey together:

The part when Jeff Goldblum describes chaos theory. It's a complicated subject matter and Jeff knows his audience.

Jocelyn knows exactly how to engage complex topics and speak the language of her audience. It's not about dumbing down, it's about finding common ground. She hones in on your developmental love language and showers you with your right types of affirmations.

The part when Dr. Sattler is distracted by an extinct leaf and Dr. Grant turns her gaping face to look at a herd of Brontosaurus.

Jocelyn is Sam Neill.

It's easy to get distracted by a big, real problem. It's another thing to maintain total perspective and train everyone to keep eyes up. Sure, there's cool things to see on the ground but if you want your socks blown completely off, Jocelyn helps keep your eyes on the horizon and to see the bigger idea.

The part when John Hammond encourages the baby Velociraptor out of its egg. "Come on little one, come on."

I've never felt simultaneously more supported AND pushed than when working with Jocelyn. She listens closely to understand limiting beliefs or barriers to help you overcome them. I am that damned baby Velociraptor.

Professionally, I've not met someone so willing to challenge my assumptions and support my journey than Jocelyn. She's my first recommendation when anyone is looking to take their idea, life, and/or career into third gear – she will give you the kick you need. Not the kick like you're swerving away from a rampaging Tyrannosaurus who's CLEARLY closer than he appears. Well, maybe if you're the driver and she's instructing you with increasing intensity that you "must go FASTER".

OK, so four key scenes.
